Talisker Skye whiskey offers a sweet, full taste profile, defined by notes of fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spices and the traditional sea touch of the Talisker. The nose is sweet and always intense honey notes with light peaty touches. The palate offers flavours of honey roasted oak, sweetish wood and a hint of peppery and peaty. The finish is slightly less sweet and dry, with spicy and peaty touches. It is best enjoyed smooth or with a drop of water.
